Change ONE Small Thing

If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that our health, family, and friends are the most important things to us. Many of us over 50 live with some form of health issue, such as heart disease or asthma, which are risk factors for a more serious bout of COVID-19.

This time of year can be very depressing cold weather: dark days and that period after New Year where resolutions are made and soon broken can leave us all feeling fed up. I am asking you to change ONE small thing. Be it going for a short daily walk to get your limbs going and generate a bit of Vitamin D, or starting an online exercise class, a small change in your lifestyle can actually be a large investment in your health and wellbeing.

I am asking you to change ONE small thing.

On a dental note, I suggest that, instead of inter-dentalling twice-a-week, do it every day — then see how quickly your gums improve.

My lovely patients have been upping their game over lockdown and the improvement in their oral health has been notable. So take the first step and keep plugging away.

We are providing a full service of dentistry in a clean, caring environment and welcoming new patients.

Please call Jan to make a new appointment and make a difference this year.
