Have you got your child’s dental check up sorted for summer? No one disputes that our dental health is important but it can be one of those tasks that gets pushed back and forgotten. Sadly, dental problems remain the biggest cause of children undergoing a general anaesthetic in the UK. This truly shocking statistic usually happens because dental checks keep getting put off.

As a private practice, children under 6 attend free with their fee paying parent. We make sure they are comfortable and engaged when we provide a thorough check and explain if they, or you, need to make some changes in their care.

We often find the children will act on what we tell them as a professional rather than just their parents alone. We are all about educating young minds and encouraging good habits for life.

Our advice starts before baby is even born as pregnancy can cause big issues with mums teeth and gums.
