When a tornado rips through Kansas in 2021, Dorothy and her dog, Toto, are whisked away to the magical land of Oz, where they meet the Good Witch, Glinda.

Glinda tells Dorothy, to follow the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City to meet the Wizard of Oz so he can help her to get back home. On the way, she befriends a Scarecrow, who is looking for a brain, a Tin Man who is looking for a heart, and a Cowardly Lion looking for courage. They decide to join her and Toto on their quest to meet the Wizard.

But all is not as it seems. The Wicked Witch of the West is trying to stop them from getting to the Emerald City. Will she succeed in keeping them from meeting the Wizard?
