A word from our chairman

The Hall is proud to provide a home from home, and we work hard to create an enjoyable environment for everyone living with us.

In addition to our regular activities, we also ensure we make time for a bit of normality; things that our residents would enjoy doing if they lived at home.

This includes restaurant-style meals served in our dining room – we recently had a very popular Italian night – and our own, dedicated salon to make our residents look and feel fabulous.

To find out more about what we offer at The Hall, call home manager Nicky on 01751 474789, and she will be happy to help.

Dementia Sky Dive Update

Unfortunately, our three daring carers were unable to complete their sky dive in late March, but they plan to do it as soon as the weather improves. There’s still time to donate to Dementia Forward via the link on our Facebook page:

Feeling fabulous at The Hall

At The Hall, we want to treat our residents to delicious meals and help them to feel their best. This is why we hold regular ‘theme meals’ in our dining room – including a recent, three course Italian lunch, whipped up by our talented chef, Dave.

Of course, sometimes – particularly at the weekend – you just get the craving for a takeaway, and when residents get the urge for something a bit naughtier, we’re on the phone to the local pizzeria, Chinese or curry house to fulfil their culinary wish.

We know that how you look really affects how you feel, so we have in-house salon facilities to paint nails and give the perfect blow dry. We love it when our residents feel like they could be on the cover of Vogue, even if they’re just going to enjoy the sun in our beautiful garden.
