This time last year both members and the gym team alike were looking forward to the festive season, all of us blissfully unaware of the coming pandemic. Fast forward 10 months and after two national lockdowns and different versions of tiered restrictions, the world looks a very different place.
Whilst closed we were busy at Xercise Fitness. We re-painted the gym, repositioned and refurbished the equipment and invested in brand new software to become an ultra-low occupancy fully bookable Gym and Studio.
This time last year both members and the gym team alike were looking forward to the festive season, all of us blissfully unaware of the coming pandemic.
During the lockdown periods the team worked hard to support members online. We offered a full weekly timetable of live instructor-led classes, delivered into members’ homes by our new fully bookable member app and Zoom portal.
These classes proved so popular they are now here to stay and are offered alongside our regular studio classes with our studio class members working out together with at home “Zoomies”
For 2021 we will maintain the low occupancy gym and we continue to develop our low volume classes of 4 to 6 people. There will also be low-cost affordable body transformation, weight loss, nutrition and personal training options to run alongside our existing memberships. With options for everyone, whatever your level of fitness, there really is no excuse for not joining your local gym in 2021.
