We, as your Veterinary Practice, are here from your pet’s very first visit right up to their last, and everything in between.
It has long been an unfortunate fact of pet ownership that they simply do not live long enough, but along with you, we believe the journey between is so incredible it is worth it.
When we first meet your new addition, they will be greeted with lots of fuss and attention, alongside their full health check where we are here to help and advise on all the things you may need to know, whether they are your first pet or one of many.
In the early weeks and months, we offer guidance and advice, monthly weigh and worms, free puppy parties, puppy baths, and lots of cuddles and treats helping with desensitisation of and habituation to the practice.
We offer a Pet Health Plan which allows you to spread the cost of all routine preventative treatment, including vaccinations, worm, flea and tick prevention, anal glands, claw clips and more. We also strongly advise you take out an insurance policy to help cover costs of accident, injury and illness; ask us about 5 weeks free for your new addition.
For those more nervous patients, perhaps ones who have joined you later in life or those who need a little more reassurance, we offer both Cat Friendly and Dog Friendly status, alongside confidence clinics where needed.
As your pet progresses into their golden years, we offer Senior Clinics, mobility programmes including acupuncture and physiotherapy, and District Nursing for those who may struggle getting to us or are just much happier in their own home.
Unfortunately, the saddest part of pet ownership and indeed our job, is when you have to say goodbye. We are here to help with this in any way we can, be it providing home visits, cremation options, bereavement calls, or simply a kind ear to listen.
Our team becomes invested in your pet from day one, we know them by name, and we see them through their journey in life with you.
